Discover the Power of Hope and Resilience

What does it mean to bounce back from adversity and live with purpose, even in the most uncertain times? At the Human Flourishing Movement, we had the rare privilege of hosting a live, open Q&A with Professor Martin Seligman — co-founder of IPEN, pioneer of Positive Psychology, and one of the world’s most influential psychologists.

This event marked a significant milestone for the Human Flourishing Movement. It was not only our first major public initiative, but also our first step in building a vibrant community around Positive Education and Positive Psychology in Greece.

In this unique session, Professor Seligman explored the science of wellbeing, the role of resilience, and the transformative impact of learned optimism in everyday life. Below, you can watch the full recording and explore a summary of The Hope Circuit, the powerful memoir that inspired much of this conversation.

Let this be a moment of reflection, insight, and growth—for educators, parents, students, and anyone seeking to flourish.
